CABOTRAX PARTNER : BMA PLAN MINERALS COMPANY LIMITED (BMA)
is a duly incorporated under the Company Act, 2002, since January, 2022. The company objectives are mainly twofold;
mineral trading and mining in various location in Tanzania.
As trader of various metals, especially gold, we do not hold large capital that we can
secure large volumes of gold bars/nuggets that we can resell direct to our clients. We
normally enter into an agreement that binds us with the client to fulfil orders as per
client weekly/monthly requirement and circulation targets (e.g. 10, 20,30,50, 100 kgs or
more) depending on price offered. We then collect the ordered commodity (gold) from
established network of artisans, brokers and dealers.
3.0 Proposed Trading Model and our Partnership
Most dealers/traders for export in Tanzania have their partners in Dubai who brings
money upfront. Some send money to their gold suppliers who in return facilitating small
artisans to ensure that once that gold is mined is theirs. Discount to final buyers
(Exporters) is based on ounce and not percentage ranging discount of $6-10 per every
one ounce.
We propose that our Partnership Model be of commission on CABOTRAX & BMA based LBMA gold
price minus discount. However, it is pertinent to note that some traders especially from
Dubai offer higher price than indicated in LBMA and the higher the price the more gold
you may collect.
